Shipping

We ship every order from Peachtree City, Georgia.

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday go out the next business day. During closeout and holiday weeks, allow up to 3 business days.

Delivery

We ship USPS and UPS. Once your package leaves us, tracking is emailed to you automatically.

Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order. You will see the exact cost before you pay — no surprises on the final screen.

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. APO and FPO addresses are welcome; those deliveries can take an extra 7–14 days.

International shipping is available by request. Duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Private bulk orders

Bulk and wholesale orders ship separately from single orders and are quoted individually, including freight for larger lots. Contact us before ordering in quantity and we will arrange it.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it is in the carrier's hands, and packages returned as undeliverable are reshipped at the customer's cost.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, photograph the box and the contents and contact us within 5 days of delivery. If tracking shows delivered and the package is missing, file a claim with the carrier and let us know — we will help you work it through.

If your parcel hasn't arrived 10 business days after shipping, or arrives damaged, email us at thevanityvegan@gmail.com with your name and order details and we'll make it right.

Please check your shipping address before paying. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but we'll help however we can.
