We want you to love The Vanity Vegan pieces you receive.

All Sales are Final

Because we sell cosmetics, every sale is final. Lipstick and eyeshadow touch your skin, and once a piece leaves our hands we cannot verify how it has been stored or handled. For your safety and the safety of every customer after you, returned makeup is never resold or restocked.

Please choose your shades carefully before you order. If you are unsure which shade suits you, message us before checkout and we will help you decide.

Exchanges, case by case

We are a small brand and we would rather solve a problem than lose a customer. If something is genuinely wrong with your order, write to us and we will look at your situation individually.

Email thevanityvegan@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your name, your order details and a photo of what you received. We will reply with how to proceed.

Exchanges are granted at our discretion, one case at a time. They are not a return policy and not a guarantee.

Damaged or incorrect items

This one is on us, not you. If a piece arrives broken, or we send the wrong shade, email us within 7 days with a photo of the item and the box. We will replace it at no cost to you, including the shipping, or issue a full refund if the shade is sold out.

Closeout inventory

Items from our closing collection are sold as-is and are strictly final. Once a shade sells through it will not be restocked, so we cannot offer a replacement in the same color.

Refunds

In the rare case we approve a refund, it goes back to your original payment method. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the item arrived damaged or was sent in error.

Questions before you buy

Ask us anything — shade comparisons, finish, how a color wears on different skin tones. Email thevanityvegan@gmail.com and we will answer within one business day. A question before checkout is always easier than a problem after.
