Vanity Vegan Esthetics LLC ("The Vanity Vegan", "we") runs thevanityvegan.co. This policy explains what we collect and why.

What we collect

When you order: your name, email, phone number and shipping address, and what you bought.

When you use our forms: the details you type in, such as your name, email and message.

We do not see or store your card details. Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and other payments are handled by Stripe, and PayPal payments by PayPal, under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

To process and ship your order, send order and shipping emails, answer your messages, handle returns, prevent fraud, and keep records we're required to keep by law (for example, for taxes).

If you join our launch list, we'll email you about the launch. You can ask to be removed at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the services needed to run the store: our payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), shipping carriers, and our web hosting and email providers. We don't sell your personal information.

Cookies and storage

We don't use advertising cookies. Your bag is saved in your own browser so it's still there when you come back. Payment providers may use their own cookies during checkout to keep payments secure.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal purposes, usually up to 7 years. You can ask us to delete other information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing thevanityvegan@gmail.com. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights, and we'll honor them.

Security

Our site uses encrypted connections (https), and access to order information is password protected.
